We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in our mission to transform the way businesses manage their finances.

Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Remote/Flexible

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and propose new products or enhancements.
- Develop strategic business models and actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve business performance.
- Lead the functional testing process, ensuring software solutions meet client needs and requirements.
- Create detailed project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business system requirements.
- Identify and resolve any project or process issues, adjusting plans and timelines as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and translated into actionable deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
