Create and manage complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
Build and maintain data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Manage and prioritize multiple reporting and analytics projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use reporting and analytics tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data quality or reporting systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business intelligence and reporting processes.
Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience in designing and developing reporting dashboards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members is a plus.
Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
